Armed Forces Day 2019 

We are gearing up to meet you all at Plymouth Armed Forces Day on Saturday 29th June.

As well as the fantastic entertainment the day has to offer, the One You Plymouth team will be in the Veterans Village from 9am-5pm so why not pop in to say hello to our practitioners and see how we can support you to take the steps to a healthier you.

 

Eat Well Programme 

Are you looking to start the summer by taking the first steps to becoming a healthier you? We have two new 12 weeks courses starting soon to help you to eat well and lose weight. The next two courses we have start on the following days and times:
 

Tuesday 9th July 2019 (for 12 weeks)

1pm – 2:30pm: Central Library, 167 Armada Way, PL1 1HZ

Wednesday 10th July 2019 (for 12 weeks)

6pm – 7:30pm: Cumberland Centre, Damerel Close, Plymouth PL1 4JZ.

If your current BMI (Body Mass Index) is between 26 and 39.9 please contact 01752 437177 or oneyou.plymouth@nhs.net to book your place on a course.

New Clinic Venue

Did you know we now have a clinic at Mount Gould Primary Care Centre (next to the Local Care Centre) on Mount Gould Road? You can book an appointment to see one of our advisors from 9:30-12:10 every Friday morning to help you to Stop Smoking, have a free NHS Health Check or to register for our Eat well courses. 

Of course, if Mount Gould is a bit too far to travel, or you can't make Friday mornings, we still have other clinics running across the city 6 days a week. You can see our full venue list via our One You Plymouth website.
