<<First Name>>, Welcome!

Welcome to the Chicago Principals and Administrators Association (CPAA).  We are pleased that you have made this decision to be part of the only organization working for higher salaries, improved working conditions, and quality professional development for administrators working in Chicago Public Schools.  We have a very dynamic, comprehensive program and urge you to take an active part in our many activities.

Our organization is divided into auxiliaries which meet regularly. Auxiliary meetings are held to disseminate information, discuss issues, network, and hear your concerns.  Motions may be made on matters of interest, and if passed by members, will be presented for discussion at our monthly governing board meetings. Your individual auxiliary officers will reach out to you to provide you with more information.

In addition to the support provided by CPAA, state-mandated professional development activities are offered through the Illinois Administrator’s Academy (IAA).  Current sessions being offered by IAA can be found on their website at IAAChicago.com.

We want to encourage you to take an active part in our organization.  We are here to serve you and your professional needs.  We look forward to seeing you at our next General Membership meeting and extending a personal welcome!
