Hi <<First Name>>

Last week was National Volunteer Week - a time to recognise and celebrate the volunteers who make sport and recreation possible in the Bay of Plenty. Across the week we met loads of volunteers from all walks of life, and they all had one thing in common. A passion for their sport.

Sport and recreation just wouldn't happen without these people. Volunteer Week may be over, but that doesn't mean we can't continue to thank these volunteers. A kind word at the club, a thumbs up at a game - let's continue to support the people who support us.

Below are some of the faces of the volunteers in our region, but we know there's hundreds more out there. Thanks to all the volunteers who make community sport and recreation possible.

CELEBRATING OUR VOLUNTEERS
To celebrate Volunteer Week last week we hosted three volunteer breakfasts across the region. The events were a chance to recognise and thank all the volunteers who help make sport and recreation possible in our region.
