Faith-Based Institutions Learn About Energy Efficiency
MC Green Bank continues to spread the word about the many benefits of improved energy efficiency to a broad range of stakeholders. This month, we were thrilled to partner with Interfaith Power and Light and the Montgomery County Faith Alliance for Climate Solutions to host a webinar for members of local faith-based organizations. Participants heard from an energy service contractor, a lender, and a Pepco representative about why energy efficiency matters, how utility incentives and rebates can help save money, and how accessing financing can help them implement projects.

Attention all solar PV contractors: MC Green Bank’s Commercial Loan for Energy Efficiency and Renewables (CLEER) works for any solar PV installation on a commercial, industrial, or multifamily property. The loan offers terms up to 12 years and is secured by a UCC-1 filing on the asset.
