We are thrilled to have the opportunity to support you in reaching your biggest dreams and goals through this first special immersive retreat at the magical Sansara Resort in Panama! Our vision is to create a powerful, high-frequency space that facilitates rapid growth, clarity and action. This transformative week can be anything that you want it to be and we will be there alongside you, to support you on your exciting journey.

The Flow:

Spend your days in a tropic Panamanian paradise, practicing yoga and meditation, moving at the pace of nature and connecting deeply with yourself and your vision. Each day, we will guide you through a gentle and soul inspiring Yoga and Nature Meditation practice to help you find your inner balance and build your highest frequency energy to fuel your Live Deep workshops. Live Deep workshops include education, inspiration and powerful yet simple tools that you will put to work towards your dreams immediately. Complete your daily workshops with powerful group Hypnotherapy sessions that will take your conscious level work to the next level and beyond. These guided sessions are an integral part of the Live Deep experience and will help you move past old obstacles, break old habits and free yourself from tethers that are no longer serving you.

The focus of this first Live Deep retreat is to 'Ignite Belief’. The entire week is dedicated to supporting you in getting clear with what it is that you want more of in your life and assisting you in overcoming any and all obstacles so that you may become the person you wish to be!
