A little background: Now in our ninth year, PATTERN started as a grassroots initiative to identify, bring together and showcase those involved in the broadly defined Indianapolis fashion and design communities. Over the years, our organization has been called on to strengthen our focus on talent/workforce development for central Indiana's creative class. We’ve been doing just that through educational & networking events, our print & digital publications, our internships and most recently our Creative Fellowship program.
