VAR delivers the final blow as Scotland crumble

Wow, what a finale to Group D as Scotland dramatically threw away a 3-0 lead in the last 20 mins with yet more VAR intervention.

Plus, we hear from England defender Abbie McManus and Eli has the Inside Score on USA and Sweden.
White on time

England made it 3 wins out of 3 to seal top spot in Group D and a favourable draw against a 3rd place team.

Ellen White's brace was enough to defeat a battling Japan side who finish in the runners up place.
Once bitten, twice taken

Scotland lost a 3-0 lead and their path to the knockout stages in a pulsating last 20 mins.

A late Argentina fightback included a particularly cruel finale for goalkeeper Lee Alexander who saved a late penalty only for VAR to order a retake after she had strayed off her line. Brutal.
