Mobile Feast!
 
I'm very excited to be offering food at Project Art (54 Main St., Cummington), as part of the Hilltown Open Studio Tour this Saturday, June 22. Leslie Ferrin is hosting several artists there and I'll be in the front yard with an assortment of delicious lunch foods, snacks & beverages. First come, first served!
The menu will be some or all of the following:
* Fresh Mozzarella, Pesto, Mesclun, & Caramelized Onion Baguette Sandwiches
* Turkey Wraps
* Stuffed Grape Leaves
* Endive Salad Canoes with Pear, Goat Cheese, Candied Pecans & Aged Balsamic Vinegar
* Pesto Tortellini Skewers
*Veggie Egg Rolls
* Pizza slices
* Cookies
* Watermelon
* Local Organic Strawberries & Cream
* Herb Tea Tonic
* Ginger Honey Lemon Tea
* Chai

Amy's Nursery, Wing & A Prayer Nursery is open for business on Sundays and Mondays, 9-3, or by appointment (call 413-634-5659 or email us). Here is the current list of plants. All of Amy's plants have been chosen for their usefulness to bees, butterflies, and other pollinators. We hope you will stop in for a visit and to chat about how to improve your garden habitat for pollinators. The bees and butterflies are out and about and magic is afoot!
