Get Ready for the Red, Bike, & Blue!

Time to start planning your decorations for this “all wheels event”! Red, Bike, and Blue is where strollers, wagons, scooters and bikes are decorated for the July 4th parade through our BWP neighborhood.

SOCIAL COMMITTEE
Our Brookwood Place community needs your help!
We are seeking individuals who would like to be a part of our Social Committee to help plan and execute a variety of events throughout the year. These neighborhood events help keep our small neighborhood connected. We want to provide a welcoming community that interacts together and fosters friendships. Over the past several years we have planned events such as:

  • Easter Egg Hunt
  • Red, Bike, & Blue - Bike Parade & Ice Cream Social
  • Luau - Adult Night at the Pool
  • Neighborhood Block Party
  • Halloween Cider & S'mores
We would like to continue creating events for all ages and family stages. Please contact Janet Lien, BWP Social Chair at janet_a_warner@yahoo.com if you are interested in helping and being a part of this committee. Plans are starting for summer events!

Don't forget to take our
Neighborhood Social Survey!

ARCHITECTURE
Just as a reminder, when considering any exterior projects, please contact Kevin Knipp at kevin.knipp@gmail.com. The project must be approved before the work has begun. This includes new roofs, painting the exterior of your home (even if it is the same color choice) and any project for the outside of your home. We want to ensure that the work aligns with the bylaws. To review the bylaws, please visit our website or email one of the Board Members.
