Flags fly at half-mast to honour passing of former
Newmarket Member of Council Ellerby Farr
NEWMARKET, Ontario, June 20, 2019 – Flags are flying at half-mast at all Town of Newmarket facilities to honour former Member of Council Ellerby Farr.
Mr. Farr served as a Member of Newmarket Council from 1971 to 1972. He was a life-long devoted member of the North Newmarket Lions Club and was the first President when chartered on May 24, 1982.
The Town of Newmarket offers sincere condolences and sympathies to his family and friends.
