Dear Parent/Carer,

Re: arrangements for the last day of term – Friday 19th July 2019

I am writing to let you know the arrangements for the last day of term for our students. As in previous years, we will be having an early finish on Friday 19th July so students will leave College from 12.45pm. The students will be having a tutorial session with their tutor during Period 4 (11.55am-12.45pm), before finishing for the day.

Any students, including those who are eligible for free school meals will be welcome to claim their school meal before they go home. We would ask that any students wishing to do this report to Student Services before Wednesday 17th July, to order either a hot meal of the day or a packed lunch – students can either eat as normal in the dining hall or take their packed lunch with them.

The kitchen staff will only be making meals that have been pre-ordered so if you would like your son/daughter to have lunch on the last day, please ensure this has been done.

With regard to the students returning in September, all year groups will return on Tuesday 3rd September 2019.
