This year, one of the most important performances in Northwest Arkansas’ growing arts and culture scene won’t occur on any stage. Instead, it will be the debut of a new regional arts service organization aimed at championing the diverse and growing community of artists and arts organizations that enrich the lives of area residents and make the region a cultural destination.
This new organization will support the continued growth of the region’s vibrant cultural ecosystem, from individual artists to arts organizations of all sizes. It will be incubated at the Northwest Arkansas Council and led by Allyson Esposito. A dancer and choreographer herself, Allyson most recently served as senior director of arts and culture for The Boston Foundation.
Art inspires. Art illuminates. Art brings us together. This organization is one way we as a community can express our appreciation and support for the individuals and groups who enrich our lives with their creativity.
