HELP OUR WINNERS Fund
2019 Regional Champions - RetroActive
Representing the region at an International Quartet Contest is a joyous, yet expensive prospect. Quartets have a much shorter window of fundraising once selected as the regional quartet champions -- less than a year. On the journey, they have coaching, costume, music and finally travel expenses.
In the spirit of supporting our winners, we established the Help Our Winners fund -- aka HOW.. Please consider donating to the HOW fund.

WEBSITE CONVERSION UPDATE
CHAPTER ROSTER
We are two months after our Region 12 website conversion. Seems longer somehow to me. We have heard positive feedback from most members. This new website seems to be easier to use than the old one. The main comment is that it is more "user friendly".
We are currently working on updating the individual chapter rosters on the website. We will understand that a lot of region members use the rosters to communicate with other members in different choruses. The chapter rosters will be the responsibility of each chapter to keep current. We will use these rosters for your membership numbers and names for contest in May. This of course is separate from the roster on Sweet Adelines International website - please keep that current as well.
Currently we have the chapter rosters listed on the " Member List" page for those chapters who us HarmonySite members as their webserver:
For Non- HarmonySite webserved chapters, we are asking that chapter Membership Coordinators send in a current roster plus your Leadership breakdown so that we can update the chapter region 12 webpage. We will also need to know a Chapter Representative who will maintain the roster. (If you sent it before please send it again - to: communications.coord@sairegion12.org)
There will be a Website Training Class at FALL AIM - please send someone from your chapter. We will give an overview of the website and allow time for questions and answers.
Please know that we are available to answer your questions: webmaster@sairegion12.org.
Please email Piet Chini - Communications Coordinator, the name of your chapter webmaster or web contact person(s), as we are creating a region wide roster. We plan to send out updates and tutorials on how to interact with our new website soon. Website Training classes have been scheduled for the next two AIM weekends.
