All transactions initiated after Thursday work normally. We are also making progress towards fixing the payouts for transactions that were initiated during the period that the issue affected.
We have identified the marketplaces affected by the payout issue. We will email the admins of those marketplaces personally and give a list of providers to whom payouts have been delayed. The email will come from hello@sharetribe.com.
In case you don’t hear from us shortly (this evening), that means there are no providers on your marketplace affected by the payout issue.
