Welcome back to the Twinbrook Twine, after a short hiatus. There is so much happening in our neighborhood and in the City overall. It may be summer time, but there's no break for being our community's watchdog.
As we enter the dog days of summer, please make sure to check on elderly neighbors or neighbors with disabilities - especially when the power goes out.
If you see a dog outside without water or shelter for any length of time in the heat, please call the City of Rockville Animal Control officers at 240-314-8937. You could save their life.
