Nature Sanctuary at West Laurel Hill Cemetery Clean Up Day!
For July's volunteer gardening project we will be heading to West Laurel Hill on Friday, July 26, 2019, from 9 am to 12 pm to help weed, clean up and plant native plants in their Nature Sanctuary Meadow. To learn more about this area click here.
We will provide garden knives for weeding and planting, digging shovels for the shrubs, and kneeling pads for weeding along the pathway edges. Please bring garden gloves, insect repellent, sunscreen and wear comfortable clothes/footwear appropriate for gardening.
Water will be provided during and after the session and lite snacks will be available after the work concludes.
The day will begin at 9 am sharp; please only take a slot if you are able to commit to the day.
