Change is good...
“Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world.
Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.”
― Rumi
Wow, it's August! I find myself reflecting on how the eighth month arrived so quickly, but given the amount of transformation that has taken place in the last several months, I can see how the time has flown by.
I'm happy to announce the renovations for the Soul Health Center are now complete. Soon we will announce the new website which highlight's Angela Miller, our new child, family, and adult therapist (see below), as well as other practitioners who are soon to arrive. You will also soon receive information for classes and workshops that will be held at the center. Stay tuned...
Other exciting news: the Workplace Wellness line of Soul Health Essentials is now available! This is the second of eight lines that will be released in the upcoming months. With names like " Meeting Magic", " Conflict Calmer" and " Leader Ease", you are sure to find something that will help your work situation feel and function better.
While I really enjoy change, I also know that sometimes I push too hard to make things happen, while at others I want to slow it down. The article below will help you determine if you are working too hard or too little at your soul's evolution.
Have a wonderful month and I look forward to seeing you soon at a Soul Health Center event!
In shared light,
Katherine T. Kelly, Ph.D., M.S.P.H.
