We hope you're having a wonderful summer thus far. We wanted to quickly send out a few 2020 BOOST Conference updates so that you can enjoy your day under the sun. 

In this newsletter, you'll learn how to become a speaker at BOOST and where to send in your workshop proposals, meet our exhibitors, and we've opened up Early-Bird Registration now through October 31, 2019. Register your team for the conference today to take advantage of this preferred rate. It's also National Summer Learning Week, so we've included some resources to help keep kids learning while school is out.

We're In Our Early-Bird Registration Phase

The 2020 BOOST Conference will convene over 2,500 global educators April 28 - May 1 in sunny Palm Springs, CA. We are now in our Early-Bird registration phase with a rate of $465. Register your team today to celebrate the best of in and out-of-school time and expanded learning fields. Early-Bird ends October 31, 2019.

*If you don't yet know the names of your attendees, you can register as TBD and enter the names by April 15th in your online account.

We are accepting workshop proposals for the 2020 BOOST Conference. If you would like to apply to be a speaker at the conference, please take a moment to submit your RFP. Presenting at BOOST is a great way to polish your speaking skills, build your resumé, and share promising practices and highlight trends in the in and out-of-school time fields. We accept proposals covering a variety of topics, click the link below to learn more about presenting a workshop at BOOST.

Event Assistant

Under the direction of the CEO/Program Manager, the Event Assistant will play a key role in the development of programs and events for Enoki Events and our clients as well as playing a key role in event administration. This position requires flexibility, problem-solving, attention to detail and high-quality work. Based in San Diego, CA.

Executive/Operations Coordinator

Under the direction of the CEO and Exhibit & Sponsorship Account Manager, the Executive/Operations Coordinator will play a key role in the organization and daily operations of Enoki Events, LLC. Includes administration, event logistics, accounts payable/receivable, and management of office operations. Position requires flexibility, problem-solving, and extraordinary attention to detail, superior levels of customer service and high-quality work. Based in San Diego, CA.

It's National Summer Learning Week!
It's National Summer Learning Week, and there are plenty of free resources and summer tips for youth programs, parents, families, and caregivers to Keep Kids Learning, provided by the National Summer Learning Association. Visit the National Summer Learning Week website and join the conversation on social media with #SummerLearningWeek!

Summer Tips for English Language Learners 

Also, read these tips to prepare English language learners for summer break on BOOST Cafe, a great resource that can help them stay on top of their English skills, even when school is out.

Learn Healthy Habits with #SummerSwap Resources

Summertime is also a great time to learn and practice healthy habits, so Alliance for a Healthier Generation and Kohl's are providing #SummerSwap resources to help families make simple swaps for a healthier summer, teaching kids the importance of healthy eating and staying active.

Free STEM Curriculum on BOOST Cafe

BOOST Cafe is the go-to place for free resources for the in and out-of-school time fields, and we have lots of STEM-related summer learning materials for educators, parents, caregivers, and programs working with youth. Visit boostcafe.org/resources to check it out!
