Since the success of the first TECH BLACKBURN programme, Blackburn with Darwen Council has funded the accelerator again for another three month, intensive, business start-up programme. TECH BLACKBURN will help you turn your new products into a successful business.
TECH BLACKBURN is fully funded by Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council and so is FREE to you.
