Hello!

Hope you're enjoying these early weeks of summer. Early sunrises and late sunsets. Warm starry moonlit nights. Salty beach air. Berries and ice cream. Al fresco dining. Long walks outdoors. Yoga on the grass. It doesn't get much better.

FREE  + LOW COST YOGA CLASSES 
~ The Big List for the summer is here! There are more than 40 different free yoga classes (that I know of) in the Greater Boston area (and a bit further out) this season. They take place on a regular basis on every day of the week. So there's probably at least one that will work for you. Take a look! 👀

~ Many branches of the Boston Public Library have free yoga classes all over the city.

~ Thursday Yoga Nights start July 4th, and continue for the following two Thursdays, 6pm - 7pm at Vibram Boston, 840 Commonwealth Avenue in Boston.

~ Yoga for the Spine is $5.00 for newcomers in Dedham, 6:30 pm for consecutive Tuesdays: July 9th, July 16th, July 23rd and July 30th.

~ $5.00 Poolside Yoga takes place in Revere on several Wednesdays and Sundays in July, starting on Wednesday, July 10th, 6pm - 7pm.

~ Sign up quickly for free goat yoga! It's part of the fitness series on the Greenway at Dewey Square in Boston and takes place on Wednesday, July 10th. There are three timeslots: 5pm, 5:40pm and 6:20pm.

~ Moonlight Yoga by PEACE takes place Tuesday, July 16th, 7pm - 8pm on the Greenway at Dewey Square in Boston.

YOGA: IN THE NEWS  & EVENTS
Mini Flow and Convo w/Black & Blonde: A Wellness Series for Women. This free event takes place at Athleta in Boston on Newbury Street, Saturday, July 20th, 8:30am - 10am. This event invites the Boston yoga community to grow, connect and become inclusive and welcoming to all races, genders, ages and bodies.

Current events may have many of us contemplating a bit more about what it means to be American. So much happening in this country is heartbreaking, unnecessary, and to be frank, criminal.

But it doesn't have to be this way. We the people can make a difference in very tiny ways. Even if only calling our House Representative and Senators to tell them how we feel. If we each do something that resonates with us, we can make this country better than it ever was.

Along with fireworks, picnics and barbecues, the 4th of July is the perfect day to reflect on this nation's founding -- and think about how we can reset, striving towards a more perfect Union.
