By the time you pack a picnic, slather your body with sunscreen, inflate your donut pool floaty, charge the portable speaker, sit in traffic, search for a parking spot, coordinate a meeting point for your friends, set up your umbrella, open a can of chilled prosecco, and lay your towel on the sand, you feel anything but relaxed.
