Tāmaki Makaurau Anarchists
Kia pai tou tātou Matariki me te Tau Hou! A very happy and festive Matariki to you all.

Things are a bit slow this fortnight (where've the strikes gone?), with a bit of a festive break to grab a hot cuppa and keep warm and hope Drumpf doesn't go to war with Iran. Tomorrow Rosa Moiwend, a visiting West Papuan activist is giving a talk and an update on the situation there, please come and learn more about how you can support an important struggle in our neighbourhood.

As mentioned in the last newsletter, on the 15th of July a MASSIVE event is being held, which could see the birth of a national movement for decolonization centered around Matike Mai. Almost 140 free tickets have been snapped up out of 200, grab yours soon to make sure you don't miss out! Also of course keep vigilant for developments at the Pā at Ihumātao.
We are an explicitly anarchist group in Auckland, about a year old, struggling for a better, fair and equal world. We are always open to new members. To find out more, come along to a public meeting, or you can find us at tamakimakaurauanarchists@gmail.com.
