As soon as you complete training you can sign up for games and participate in raising funds for the band program and your own account to earn credit for band expenses.

BAND CAMP IS NEARLY HERE!
Band Camp runs from July 15th - 23rd. It's a new, fun and exciting experience for the kids. However, it can also be pretty darn tiring.
To make sure the kids perform at their best and give it all they can,
we need you to help.
We will need volunteers to help serve lunch and dinner each day during band camp.
If you are interested in signing up for serving meals,
please contact Dani
at hospitality@sprayberryband.com.
We also need parents to help chaperone the kids while they practice. If you have any questions about what a chaperone does, please contact chaperones@sprayberryband.com.

SCRIP
Don't forget to purchase Scrip cards over the summer! It's a great way to earn money for band fees for places you normally shop. Friends and family can participate too! You can purchase cards by going to the ShopWithScrip.com and clicking on "Join a Program". Our enrollment code is 9F76B86912348. Happy Summer Band Families!
I have exciting news to share! We now have PayPal! You can make payments to our SBBA PayPal account using your bank account or credit card. Don't worry we will still have Square for those of you who would rather pay in person! The PayPal link is: https://paypal.me/SBBATreasurer?locale.x=en_US
I have applied all payments received as of June 9th and statements will be sent out in the next couple of days. I have applied all Braves FP's that I have received as well! If you have any questions please feel free to email me at treasurer@sprayberryband.com
If you have past due fees, Braves games are always an option! We still need help! You can send in your band payments to the PO Box or via PayPal.

FREE GYM MEMBERSHIP FOR STUDENTS
Students age 15-18 can work out all summer long (today through 9/1/19) at Planet Fitness for FREE. Get some activity and conditioning before band camp so you are prepared.
A parent must be present initially to sign the waiver, but you can work out alone as often as you would like after that. |

MARCHING BAND REGISTRATION DEADLINE
HAVE YOU REGISTERED?
With the close of the 2018-2019 school year, it is not too late to register for Marching band! Contact Membershipadmin@sprayberryband.com to register and/or take advantage of the paid in full Marching band discount! Marching band families that pay their band fees in full by June 15, 2019, receive a 10% discount in band fees! There is no extension on this offer so register today.
We can still take your registration info anytime during the summer prior to band camp. Please take a minute to get your student registered. The Phoenix will rise, and you don’t want to lose your front-row pass to see it all unfold. Marching band is definitely the best and biggest club on campus. Start your students' 2019 school year with 100+ friends! Don’t let the 2019 Marching Band season pass you by!
