As a result of the actions that PCF has carried out in recent years and the relationships that have been established, we would like to share a new opportunity with you: Participate in the last pilot exercise of the H2020 beAWARE project.

BeAWARE will end on December 31st and the project has its last pilot (exercise) this November 14th 2019 in Valencia, Spain.
The pilot exercise will be hosted by Valencia Local Police (PLV) and the beAWARE system will be running during the pilot in the headquarters of PLV.

In the field (forest near EL Salar) there will be teams from PLV, the local fire service and local forest authorities receiving and delivering information thou the beAWARE system. There will also be a command and control post for the incident commanders in the field.

The participant will have the opportunity to observe the deployment of the beAWARE system during a simulated forest fire in the forest near EL Salar and observe the interaction of the beAWARE platform with the command and control post in the field.

Requirements

-Operational background with experience on coordination positions

-Interested in new technologies and decision support systems during emergencies (not only forest fires, but also other types of emergencies)

-Intermidate English Level
