The Committee would like to thank all members that sent in offers of help.  A number have now been allocated an administrative role within the Society.   We shall be contacting the remainder over the next few weeks as we match skills and experience to our current vacancies.   Diolch yn fawr - your help is much appreciated.  

However we are still looking for volunteers to come forward to replace our Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer at the next Annual General Meeting in February 2020.  If you did not receive the letter and feedback form it is not too late to send in your comments and offers of help.  The letter and form was sent with your June journal and can be downloaded from the website.

A fuller Meeting Report will be available in the September journal.   The Executive Committee has prioritised a range of strategies to deal with the problems that will arise if no volunteers for Society Officers are forthcoming over the next six months and we shall advise members of our progress in each journal and by newsletter/email.
