Who wouldn't want an email saying their offer was accepted? Well it's July 1st, and it' been happening a lot all over the city!

The median sales price in the City of Chicago for May 2019 was $315,000, up 3.3 percent from this time last year.
The City of Chicago’s inventory is up 2.2 percent, from 9,233 homes in May 2018 to 9,435 homes in May 2019.

What I love...

I love this time of year.. yes I said it! When people ask my how I can live in a big city - this time of year is why! The farmers market are definitely high on my list of favorite things. Nothing is better than getting local fresh fruits, veggies and all the other goodies that are there too. Don't forget all the block parties and street festivals! It seems like they are growing bigger and bigger every year!

If you know anything about me I love my Cubbies, so it can't be summer without catching a game or 10 ;)! Just get out there and explore something new!
