Salutations <<First Name>>

This month we look at some mini flow sequences.

Pranayama will be Bramahari unless you prefer to do you're own pranayama practice whilst the rest of us are doing that one - it's okay I won't mind.

Apologies for missing the chanting which I said we would start doing in last class of month.
... might see if first cass of month is easier to rememeber.

Thank you for those who have helped me and provided feedback. Very much appreciated.

I will be visiting the ashram later this month, if anyone wants malas let me know. They usually have plenty of 108 bead malas, 27 bead are more tricky to get but we can get those even if it takes longer.

Electronic Payments
Whilst I am not ready or setup for this it is an angle im looking at.
Initially I am thinking of doing this as payment in advance for x-number of classes.
Watch this space.

Thought of the Month

Yoga is not giving up on you're practice when things get difficult.

More importantly do not give up on yourself when things get difficult.

Show yourself some kindness and support.

Feedback
Please continue to share your feedback with me. What works for you? what doesnt? any insights or suggestions, or indeed requests. It's important that I keep the class relevant to you.

Comfort
Please feel free to bring any cushions, blocks, bolster and blankets you have which might help you in class. For example improved sitting or experience a more pleasant relaxation. Anything goes with props if it is helpful.

Sharing
Suggestions and feedback always welcome.

Class Start Time and Late Arrivals
Class starts at 7pm.

Late arrivals are welcome to join the class. Should you arrive late please do not worry about being late. Simply wait until the posture section of the class starts and join as quietly as you can.

Remember the end of Om chanting there is silence and does not signify it’s okay to enter the room. Ideally its useful to arrive by 6.55pm so the admin can be completed before we start at 7pm. I understand sometimes it is difficult to get to class on time and I want to encourage you to attend class even if your late.

These guidelines will help us all experience the best class we can, even when life makes it difficult to arrive in good time. The same message has been added to the website.

Health and happiness,
Russell
