Between June 1-30, CAM made 587 referrals for family, single adult and youth consumers to emergency shelter or a housing program.
Consumers presented at a CAM Access Point and met with a CAM Assessor and assessed with our standardized tool to be matched with the appropriate shelter and/or housing resource.
Based on availability, CAM Staff generated an 'outgoing referral', which indicates a consumer was matched with an emergency shelter provider or to either Rapid Re-Housing (RRH) or Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) housing program. The RRH referral number also includes security deposit referrals.
The graph below breaks down the 587 referrals as Family, Single Adult or Unaccompanied Youth and which resource they were matched to.
Note: RRH and PSH are the number of consumers assigned to a housing agency, not the number of consumers actually housed.
