Here is a delightful blanket embroidered and stitched by Bev, whose work you've seen here before.
She usually graces this page with her beautiful Trish Burr designs, but this time Bev has made a special heirloom for her great-niece.
Bev says it was fun to do something different--and, well-- fun! She wasn't sure if the bright red backing was too much, but as soon as she added the dark red piping, it all came together! The stars on the backing add to the circus feel. This is a Windflower design, but Bev added colourful balloons to hers. Bravo, Bev!
