Project Update: YMCA
The Dragon Group provided Sustainability Consulting and LEED Strategy for YMCA of Atlanta’s new headquarters. 


YMCA decided to build its Atlanta headquarters in the historic Westside of Atlanta using an existing building as its design inspiration. This Adaptive Reuse project houses staff and training facilities.  It will also serve the community's youngest and most seasoned residents with a state of the art Early Learning Center and Fitness Center. This out of the box project called for the design team and construction team to collaborate to deliver that inspires and engages its inhabitants while anchoring the community.

Units/Building- 1 Building- 55,000 sq ft

Features- Tradition Office, Wellness Center, State of the Art Early Learning Center, Farm to Table Cafeteria
