Michael Wilken-Robertson will be giving Kumeyaay Ethnobotany lectures at two locations in August.
On August 8, he will be speaking to the Southern California Horticultural Society at Friendship Auditorium at Griffith Park. The lecture begins at 7:00 pm. Guests are welcome to attend the lecture for a $5 fee.
On August 9, Mr. Wilken-Robertson will speak as part of the Coronado Historical Association's Wine & Lecture series. The evening begins at 5:30 pm. Reservations are $15 for members and $18 for non-members.
Sunbelt Publications will once again have a presence at the San Diego Union-Tribune Festival of Books! The festival will take place on August 24 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Several Sunbelt authors will be panelists and there will be author signings at our booth. Keep your eye out for a guest list and schedule as the event moves closer.
