Dr. Goldie Nejat featured in AGE-WELL video about her research on social robots

In the video, Dr. Goldie Nejat speaks about the research conducted in her Autonomous Systems and Biomechatronics lab. With the support of AGE-WELL, a technology and aging network, Dr. Nejat develops social robots for older adults, particularly those living with cognitive impairments.

"Our overall objective," says Dr. Nejat, "with developing these social robots is to develop technology that older adults can use to age in place, improve their quality of life as well as promote independence so that they can really enjoy life as they age."
