Ruth Arellana
With heavy hearts we share the news that Ruth Kiven Arellana died from a massive brain hemorrhage on July 15, 2019. In her final hours she was surrounded by her loving family and friends. 
Calling hours will be held this Sunday, July 21, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at 100 Estrell Drive, Riverside, Rhode Island. Parking will be a challenge; please consider car-pooling and/or parking on side streets.
This will be an opportunity to visit with Ruth's children, Kate Bowden and Peter Bowden, and Craig Wood, the love of her life, as well as other loved ones. We invite you to bring light refreshments as lunch will not be provided.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Ruth to the First Unitarian Church Community Food Share Pantry. Visit the church website at www.firstunitarianprov.org and click on the 'give' button. At the end of the process, you will be able to designate your gift. Or, send checks, with 'CFS Pantry - in memory of Ruth' in the memo line, to the First Unitarian Church, 1 Benevolent St., Providence, RI, 02906. Ruth was an active volunteer at the Food Pantry and loved the days she spent greeting guests.
A memorial service will be held in the fall, at First Unitarian.
