Dear Friends & Neighbors,
I've been knocking doors in Bellevue and Green Hills this past week, discussing walking and biking connections to parks and schools and traffic calming and taxes. I met with Castleman neighbors about long-awaited speed cushions for their street and passed two major pieces of county-wide legislation for sidewalks and trees.

The work of a district council member is multi-faceted, and it behooves you to have someone representing you who has the experience of the past four years in addition to neighborhood-specific leadership and civic engagement in Nashville for the past twenty years.

The Election is upon us, and your participation is crucial. District elections have been won or lost by a small handful of votes. Your vote matters, especially in local elections! This is a pivotal moment for our city, financially and managerially. Please encourage your friends, family, and neighbors to go out and vote.

I am proud to endorse my thoughtful and trustworthy colleague Councilman John Cooper for mayor and encourage you to do your research and consider supporting him.

All Early Voting Locations are open NOW and close this Saturday, July 27 at 4:30 PM. Belle Meade City Hall, Bellevue Library, and Green Hills Library are the closest early voting sites to District 34. Please vote EARLY!

It has been my honor to serve you these past four years. If re-elected, I will continue to deliver and defend much-needed policies--additional tree bills are already in progress, and our new sidewalk legislation must be upheld. I will speak up when many others won't and provide principled, practical, & proven leadership.

With appreciation,
Angie, 615-260-5530

P.S. Fundraising deadline is midnight tonight! We also need poll volunteers for Election Day. Links below. Thank you!

THANK YOU to our 165 individual donors! Please help me reach my goal of 175 unique donors by midnight! Contributions in any amount are appreciated and help us reach more voters in the final week of the campaign.

This is a contested race, and my opponent is one of just two district candidates receiving $7,500 from an influential PAC, so please consider making a contribution to help me continue to serve you on our city council. Thank you for your consideration!

EMERALD ASH BORER (EAB) EPIDEMIC. EAB is a major threat to our tree canopy, and many of our ash trees are already infected by the destructive bug. On the campaign trail, we've been looking for ash trees and sharing informational brochures with constituents. In partnership with Metro Public Works, Nashville Tree Foundation, and Cheekwood, I hosted an EAB info session on July 10. Thanks to everyone who came out!
