Looking for a few computer nerds to help out your business?  Paul Blanchette of NerdsToGo in Mint Hill has just what you need.

Paul joined Premier Barter Exchange just a few months ago, not long after starting his computer services franchise in January. He wanted to address what he saw as an under-served market in Charlotte. 

After talking to an existing barter member, he joined PBE because he saw barter as a great way to grow his business and save on out-of-pocket expenses.

 
While seeing primarily “break or fix” type providers in our area, he decided to focus on providing great customer service by helping
businesses avoid costly computer problems.

They, of course, also do repairs when needed. The best part - his nerds come to your business or home!

His company’s clientele are mostly small business owners, such as accountants, dentists, and manufacturers. A typical client will employ 1 to 20 employees and have less than 50 computer devices.

Paul and his team of nerds pride themselves on working with small businesses to prevent unexpected and costly system downtime through assessments and preventative maintenance, and on using a phased approach that spreads out costs.  

NerdsToGo Computer Service also helps owners plan for future growth and functionality, upgrade hardware and software, and keep data secure – which he equates to providing “Technology Peace of Mind.”

Our "Broker Managed" accounts are defined as a business owner that requires ALL requests for Barter come through our Brokers.

There are many reasons we have Broker Managed accounts however we only have 10% of our 600 accounts that fall into this category.

We request that all our members call our brokers whenever they need vacations, furniture or hard-to-find products and services.  But especially for “Broker Managed” accounts.
