Shipboard Science Workshops, managed by the Center for Great Lakes Literacy, bring together teachers and other educators aboard a U.S. EPA research ship for a week of first-hand experiences in Lake Erie science. The teachers are matched with working scientists who study everything from plastic pollution to zooplankton to better understand the lake and its health. |
