The modules are:

- Supply Chain Optimization - January 16-17, 2020
- Supply Chain Collaboration - February 27-28, 2020
We kick off the first session this fall, September 30-October 1, 2019 at HUSCO Corporation in Waukesha, WI.
A few of the objectives for the Supply Chain Leadership Session include:
- Integrate supply chain strategy, planning and execution, and decision making
- Diagnose root causes of poor supply chain performance
- Develop methods for identifying organizational structure and performance metric disconnects
