You will need to complete a NEW CORI Form for the 2019-20 year. All previous CORI's expired on July 1st.
Download, print, and submit your CORI over the summer to the school offices...then you'll be ready to go on Day 1! Remember, parents are not allowed to volunteer without a CORI on file!
Want To Volunteer At School? Make sure you have a current CORI completed at your child's school. Print and turn in your form to the school office ASAP!
