Following our Flash Information Alert of 17 June 2019 and the enactment of the Provisional Presidential Decree Law 1/19, of 28 June 2019, suspending the entry into force of the VAT Code and of the Excise Duty Code (duly indicated in our Flash Newsletter of 1 July 2019), and still subject to final confirmation by way of an official act of legislation, Angolan news outlets are informing that the Angolan National Assembly approved, yesterday, 18 July 2019, the entry into force of the VAT Code on 1 October 2019.
