IPCRG 10TH WORLD CONFERENCE, 28-30 MAY 2020, DUBLIN, IRELAND

IPCRG is delighted to launch the Call for Abstracts and Session Proposals for our 10th IPCRG World Conference, being held at Croke Park, Dublin Conference Centre from the 28-30 May 2020.
IPCRG is partnering with the Primary Care Respiratory Society of Ireland to deliver the conference aimed at all healthcare professionals and academics who work in primary care, within family medicine or in the community, and have a respiratory interest. We hope our theme Breathing and Living Well, The Importance of Primary Care resonates with you all.

CALL FOR SESSION PROPOSALS
For the first time IPCRG is inviting all members of the respiratory community to submit proposals for conference sessions.  The call for session proposals can be found here. We would be delighted if you would share it widely and encourage proposals from your networks.

In summary, we seek proposals for whole sessions, including the title, chair and speakers and outline of content.  These will be reviewed by the IPCRG Research Sub-committee and the ones that best meet our standards, will be considered by our Scientific Programme for inclusion in the programme.  We will build a balanced programme that reflects the most important issues in primary care today in low, middle- and high-income countries, on the theme of Breathing and Living Well. The call contains further information including our expenses policy.

Given the theme and location of the conference, we are particularly keen to receive submissions from experts in the fields of sport/physical activity, holistic care and wellbeing, including psychological interventions as well as the relationship between air pollution and health.

The deadline for session proposals is 31 October 2019 and further information, including the online submission form, can be found by following the link: www.ipcrg2020.org.

SCIENTIFIC ABSTRACTS
In addition, we invite the usual range of abstracts for oral presentations and poster displays to be submitted by the 27 January 2020.  Please advise colleagues to consider submitting an abstract – the call is here.  Submission details can be found here.  IPCRG will only accept applications for financial assistance from those who submit an abstract.

Further information about the conference, including travel, accommodation and visa requirements can be found at www.ipcrg2020.org.
