At every information session and in talking to our clients, we have heard people asking if they can rent a unit rather than purchase a life lease up front. Several have asked if they can purchase a life lease unit and have someone else live there.

The Charis Village Board is pleased to announce that the details for both of these options have been finalized. By connecting non-resident life lease holders with tenants, a wider range of seniors can make Charis Village their home, and Charis Village can offer a solid investment opportunity to the community as well.
