POWER SKATING PROGRAM
Our 6 session program is targeted towards motivated hockey players. We start with sound fundamentals and progress to advanced technical skating elements all through targeted skill specific skating drills
Camp runs August 12th - 20th
PRESEASON GRADING PREP AND CONDITIONING
This conditioning program will deliver 6 high intensity on-ice sessions, building a aerobic and anaerobic base while focusing on division specific grading drills. The goal of our program is to enable your athlete to enter into the grading process confident and excited to about their evaluations
