Free Yoga Mat to the first 50 who register for the AGM!

Following the RMTBC AGM, there will be a 1.5-hour Yoga self care course facilitated by Dr. Nic Visniak. The first 50 members to register for the AGM will also receive a free yoga mat!

Dr. Visniak will also be offering a 3 hour course “ProHealth Exercise Rehab, Movement Therapy & Self Care” immediately after lunch. CMTBC credits have been applied for.
