HELLO EVERYONE!!
So many exciting things have taken place since our last newsletter. I took a few weeks off for travel after completing a number of large works that will be published in the upcoming book that features recent and early works of my art. The editor and publisher in New York is projecting this fall for the book’s release and international distribution. It will be available for purchase at Barnes and Noble, or here at the Gallery (A copy can be mailed to you if you are not going to be visiting Gulf Shores). We will keep you updated on the release and book signings in the coming months.
I just completed the large diptych that was photographed in the studio and posted last week during its process. I promised it would be previewed in the newsletter upon completion. It is shown below in the segment of the newsletter titled "New Works" along with four other recently completed paintings. You will also find below recent exhibitions, publications and honors and awards that I was privileged to be a part of.
On another note, I have been asked to have a solo exhibition in Pensacola, Florida in the Lamar Studio located in the Anna Lamar Switzer Center for Visual Arts at Pensacola State College starting January 27, 2020. We will notify you of the reception date in the next newsletter. Looking forward to exhibiting in an outstanding venue.
