2019 JDAI Recognition Award Nominations

JDAI's 3rd Annual Recognition Awards Breakfast will celebrate our JDAI colleagues across the state who have provided steadfast leadership on the initiative and who have promoted JDAI's goals to benefit the young people of Massachusetts. We are thrilled to announce the call for nominations for 2019 so we can say thank you for all the work you do on behalf of JDAI.

Please save the date for September 24th, 2019 for the celebratory breakfast. Location: Zara Cisco Brough Center - 288 Lyman St. Westborough, MA
 
Steps to nominate a colleague:  (Please complete this by August 5th!)

  2. Scan or email the form to Gina Tangney at Gina.M.Tangney@state.ma.us
Award categories:
  1. Jane E. Tewksbury Leadership Award               
  2. Promising Practice in JDAI Award (Related to reducing low-level admissions, length of stay or increasing equity)   
  3. Tenacious Initiative Award  (one per county)
  4. Standing Ovation Award

When: December 5th, 2019
Where: DoubleTree Westboro, MA
