I have to say, I find this show to be one of the most interesting I have seen in our main gallery for a while. I really want to keep going back and exploring it. Would you guess I recommend it?!!

I just returned from an all too brief visit to long-time, dear friends in Sweden and day trips to Copenhagen. Wonderful having an opportunity to put my little used Panasonic LX100 to work. Sure beats the usual iPhone "camera"! But, true to my practice as a very strict editor, I came home with 400 or so images, and only one that I happily share as a print and notecard available in my studio. There are a few more here for visual flavor but not in print.
Here is the winner of my editing, Swedish Sunset.
The yacht harbor is at the southern tip of Sweden bordered by the Baltic Sea. The little village is Ljunghusen, where I spent the first of many times in Sweden, 64 years ago as an exchange student.
I was able to make three day trips across the Oresund Bridge. Two to Copenhagen (first three photos), one to Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, 45 minutes north of Copenhagen. It is beautifully situated overlooking Oresund, the narrow passage between Denmark and Sweden and includes Calder and Giacometti, among other modern masters.
It's going to be a beautiful summer evening tomorrow.
Come on out and enjoy! ~ Ann
