Message from our Acting CEO
Cath travelled to Darwin yesterday and is appearing before the Royal Commission into Aged Care Safety and Quality. The Darwin hearing will focus on aspects of care in residential, home and flexible aged care programs and examine rural and regional issues and quality of life for individuals in care.

Cath has also taken the opportunity to attend some face to face meetings with some of our NT members whilst in Darwin.

I am sure that the 30 degree days and around 20 degree temperatures overnight are a welcome relief from the freezing cold days and nights we are currently having in Canberra. Thanks Cath for sending through the lovely pictures we are not jealous at all.

Meanwhile in Canberra it is 10 degrees!!

Hope you all have a great weekend
