Halfway through the year

I have some great thing happening the 2nd half

I want to introduce a couple of new people to my team. Eric Wright came from Alaska and moved here 3 years ago. I knew his wife when I lived there and helped them find a great rental when they came with their 2 dogs and cat. Eric has done a few things on island and is now ready to kick it up a notch and join Waioli Properties. He has sales experience and some commercial real estate too. He is an avid runner and knows all the trails on island. Welcome Eric to the team

The 2nd team member is Carol Simon who has lived here on Kauai for over 20 years. She has amazing marketing skills through the hotel industry and local escrow. She has lived around the world and brings a very fresh insight to life here on Kauai. She was an avid paddler and understands the culture and respect of our island community. She will be starting at an assistant and is working towards her real estate license.

We are also opening a new office in Lihue and should have that confirmed by August 1. More exciting news ahead.

I listened to a podcast last week with Keeping Current Matters and we are expecting some kind of recession in 2020-2021. What does that mean for you? Now is the time to Buy because interest rates are still the lowest in 12 months so you have more buying power. It is time to sell as home prices are still strong and you can move either up to that bigger house to downsize and save. Interest rates are still below 4.5%

I went on vacation to San Diego for a wedding and on to Washington to visit my boys and my beautiful Granddaughter Bonnie Kay. We got to go to the Santana concert in Auburn Washington while I was there, so much fun. Love being a Grandma.
