I hope you are enjoying this fresh winter weather. It is the perfect time to snuggle and enjoy all that is wonderful about winter - a time for retreat, rejuvenation, and renewal.

I’ve noticed a hint of waxing spring energy since the Winter Solstice. But it’s not yet time to unfurl from our winter rest.

The second half of winter is a time to simply be. A time to sit with what is.

Don't let that little hint of waxing energy rush you. Just listen and receive. It’s the dawn of a new solar year and it is time to connect with your wild intuition. It is time to trust your inner knowing. And you will only hear her if you sit and listen.

That said, I really am looking forward to Spring. I’m hosting a wonderful weekend of wild creativity with Ellie from Petalplum and will be continuing the Inside Time Outside Sessions at Glenrock.

Nature Journals: Botanical dye, simple book-binding & stitching a fabric wrapping cloth

12th-13th October, 2019. Milbrodale, NSW

An immersive weekend at my place with Ellie Beck from Petalplum.

You will make your own journal in collaboration with Nature’s whispers.

We’ll work with natural & botanical dye, including eco-printing and simple book-binding. A naturally dyed, slow stitched bag and wrapping cloth will mean your journal is ready to take with you everyday, to become a space for ideas, thoughts, your soul’s whispers.

Inside Time Outside SPRING

Inside Time Outside is a seasonal program for women focussing on inner health and wellbeing through nature connection.

A four week Spring program starts Sunday 1st September 2019.

We'll be gathering 1 pm - 5 pm Sunday 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd September.

Enjoy barefoot bushwalking, nature meditation, safe solitude, and learn how to better align your life with the cycles and seasons of nature.
