When in doubt, simplify and clarify the rules of engagement! Shared e-kicks, otherwise known as e-scooters, are quickly becoming the norm but they have not been without their own fair share of controversy and obstacles. The evident lack of regulations makes it more difficult to evaluate this problem. Using Berlin as an example, Rajarshi Rakesh Sahai, Partner for Mobility at Ennea discusses the need for clearer and more specific regulations in order to achieve more seamless cross-integration and collaboration between the public sector and private e-kicks providers.
